We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, ability to be flexible and adapt communication to different audiences with proven experience in business operations (Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing), delivering training to users, defining processes and implementing IT applications to join our IT Technical & Production stream in Barcelona.


Position Snapshot:

  • Function and Stream: IT Technical & Production - reporting to Regional Business Solutions EUR QM Team Lead
  • Type of work: Hybrid
  • Work Language: Fluent Business English
  • 5+ years of proven experience in delivering/implementing IT QM solutions and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations.

 

The role:

 

This role aims to enhance IT adoption in factories and establish a standardized approach to crisis management.

 

You will oversee the implementation of a new Crisis Management solution across the Europe Zone, which includes configuring, testing, training, deploying, and supporting crisis management and other Quality Management IT products.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

As a Business Analyst QM – Crisis management you will:

 

  • Standardize crisis management processes at market, zone, and corporate levels while revisiting existing standards.
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support of crisis management applications and other QM IT products (preferably SAP QM or LIMS).
  • Create and deliver standardized training materials to all stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for factories, corporate, and communications departments.
  • Facilitate the adoption of applications and processes within the designated markets and zones, while effectively communicating and managing various stakeholder audiences and collaborating with the global product owner team.

What will make you a great fit?

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or similar.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in delivering/implementing IT QM solutions and business/industry, including experience in IS/IT Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global environments.
  • Experience in effective communication at different levels of the organization and in English.

 

Bonus Points If You:

 

  • Have experience within manufacturing environment.
  • You are technically savvy or have previous experience as a systems user. Preferably in SAP QM or LIMS.
  • Project Management certification.
