Business Solutions Technical & Production is End-to-End accountable for the global and regional applications used within the designated functional domain and that those facilitate business performance and compliance.

Position Summary

As Regional Business Solutions T&P QM Specialist, you will:

• Participate in regional and/or global projects, particularly in Laboratory solutions deployment such as Laboratory Automation Compliance Electronic Solution (LACES). 
• Support initiatives to standardize and simplify solutions. 
• Work together with Markets, Zone, Corporate Function and Design & Build teams as well as solution and service providers (Ex: SAP, IBM etc.) to make our businesses a better business. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Solution Implementation/Deployment: 
  • Apply project management methodology and stakeholder management in regional and/or global initiatives.
  • Analyse and understand business needs, document requirements, design and implement solutions.
  • Perform assessment on application changes prior to implementation to communicate and mitigate business impacts.
• Solution Enhancements: 
  • Gain business insights, understand business requirements and make recommendations on the applicability of the GLOBE Solutions to meet them.
  • Apply design-thinking methodology to improve end user experience. 
  • Deliver knowledge transfer on (new) solutions taking into account the business context. 
• Sustain support of EUR Zone markets

Key Requirements

• Knowledge in SAP Quality Management.
• Knowledge/experience on LabVantage system (or any other LIMS) deployment and understanding of Lab operation processes is a significant advantage
• Good understanding of Quality processes and cross-functional integration.
• Nestle business knowledge & experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Service orientation, communication capabilities, strong influencing and coaching skills as well as the ability to adapt to change is what will set you apart among other candidates.
