As a member of our Zone EUR Marketing, Sales & eCommerce team based in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst supporting European Markets business activation, preparation, and implementation of Direct-to-Consumer ecosystem tech products

The role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and refining business and functional requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to translate these requirements into meaningful use cases, digital requirements, features, and functional specifications for our eCommerce Direct to Consumer solutions.
The eCommerce Direct to Consumer stream encompasses various platforms, including Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento), Shopify, and CommerceTools.
In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our EUR Markets, collaborating closely with Technical Specialists, Product Managers, and Project Managers to facilitate new deployments and product enhancements. You will gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing analytics, training documentation, and procedures.
Reporting to the Regional Manager of Marketing Sales & eBusiness Technology Zone EUR, you will be recognized as a thought leader and functional expert, acting as the primary point of reference for eCommerce Direct to Consumer solutions within the EUR Market.
What you’ll do
• Working with the Zone EUR Market Functional Managers/key business stakeholders to elicit their Business Requirements
• Proactively support and guide EUR Markets on initiatives and Demand Shaping plans
• Functional leadership including use cases, personas, stories, and requests definition for review
• Functional Analysis and process design, transpose requirements into Functional Specifications and organize the sign-off
• Work side-by-side and support Technology Specialist to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
• Delivers training to the end users, deployment and support teams
• Champion product adoption across our systems and constantly propose optimizations in systems integrations & User Experience
• Supports the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain
• Liaise with Product Managers to surface gaps and help influence and prioritize technology roadmaps to support business needs and strategic priorities

Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a BA in IT digital solutions
• 3+ years of relevant experience as BA on eCommerce implementations
• General knowledge of digital tools (eCommerce, Web Analytics, Mobile, IoT, AI, Personalization, Digital Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data).
• Experience in the creation of digital content and documentation for a non-technical audience.
• Intercultural fluency and experience in a global environment with virtual teams.
