As a Category Supply Planner, this is your challenge:
Imagine being the key orchestrator of a complex supply network, ensuring products are available at the right time and place, while minimizing waste and optimizing costs. As a Category Supply Planner, you play a strategic role in balancing availability, freshness, and efficiency across our NP EUR HUB.
You’ll be part of a dynamic ZEUR NP Operations team, where innovation, collaboration, and ownership are central. You’ll optimize the supply strategy for the NP EUR Hub and work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve our supply chain performance. This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, thinks strategically, and wants to make a real impact.
As Category Supply Planner, you report to the NP EUR Hub DSP Lead.
As Category Supply Planner, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the replenishment of the NP EUR HUB to ensure optimal stock levels and customer service.
- Proactive management of critical supply lines, working with Suppliers and the wider team to minimize any Customer Service failures.
- Optimizing and implementing innovative supply chain solutions.
- Working closely with Procurement and suppliers to drive operational improvements.
- Coordinating product launches, relaunches, and delistings with Project Managers.
What will make you successful
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in supply chain, production, or import/export.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
- Experience with IMS processes and supply planning is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, APO SNP, and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude, coaching capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
