We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team. At Nespresso, our Digital & Tech teams are at the heart of our innovation journey, a space where we continue to invest, evolve, and grow.

The Role
You will manage the end-to-end change management process across the organization, ensuring that all changes to IT services and infrastructure are planned, executed, and delivered efficiently, minimizing risk and disruption to business operations.
You will leverage your strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, working closely with cross-functional teams and using your communication skills to align stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
As the Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in safeguarding the stability and reliability of our Digital Tech environment, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives to evolve and strengthen our change management processes.
In This Role, You Will:
- Review and assess change requests, ensuring they are properly documented and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying potential risks, mitigation strategies, and impacts on existing systems, services, and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, schedule, and coordinate changes across teams, ensuring required resources are available while minimizing disruption to services and operations.
- Maintain accurate end-to-end change documentation, including change requests, approvals, implementation plans, post-implementation reviews, and regular reporting on key metrics and trends.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the Change Management framework and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle, providing status updates, visibility into impacts, and support in resolving issues or conflicts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business or related fields, or equivalent experience
- ITIL4 Foundation certification is required
- 3+ years of relevant Change Management experience within a large-scale IT environment
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, systems , and technologies
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow, or JIRA
- Experience in the implementation and management of a CMDB
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with changes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Devops practices
