The Role
As a Data Insights & Analytics Specialist, you will be accountable for equipping our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) teams with tailored data insights that support strategic decision-making, improve efficiency, and maximize sustainability impact. You will strengthen Nespresso’s sustainability cockpit by developing and maintaining monitoring dashboards, transforming complex ESG data into actionable analysis, and ensuring timely reporting against key sustainability targets.
You will work closely with internal teams across Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Finance, and Nestlé Corporate functions, as well as external partners such as data providers, dashboarding agencies, auditors, and sustainability platforms. You will leverage internal and external data sources to deliver high-quality analytics, support carbon accounting for Green Coffee, and contribute to ESG reporting at Nestlé Corporate level.
The role is also accountable for identifying opportunities to improve ESG data processes, supporting predictive analysis, and translating future sustainability risks into today’s business decisions. You will play a key role in ensuring that ESG insights, dashboards, and reporting tools are reliable, user-friendly, and delivered on time to enable informed action across the organization.
In This Role, You Will:

Provide ESG analytics and tailored insights to support decision-making and track strategic progress.

Manage Green Coffee carbon accounting, including questionnaires, emission factors, and data consolidation.

Support quarterly ESG reporting for Nestlé Corporate on sourcing, carbon emissions, and regenerative performance.

Build, maintain, and improve ESG monitoring dashboards and sustainability cockpit tools.

Coordinate dashboard requirements, user feedback, onboarding, and adoption across ESG teams.

Leverage internal and external ESG data sources to prepare analysis and share findings with stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve ESG data quality, reporting processes, and impact.

Translate sustainability risks and business needs into predictive analysis and actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years’ experience in data analytics, data management, or ESG reporting.
-
Strong Excel, Power Query skills and Power BI; other visualization tools are a plus.
-
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
-
Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners in a matrix environment.
-
Strong communication skills in English.
-
Proactive, fast learner, comfortable adapting in a changing environment.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

Specialization or additional training in corporate social responsibility or sustainability.

Understanding of sustainability topics such as climate, regenerative agriculture, human rights, and responsible sourcing.

French or Spanish language skills.
