We are looking for a Digital Commerce Operations Coordinator to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team. 
 

Position Snapshot 

 

  • Location: Nespresso Hub, Barcelona. Spain. 
  • Type of Contract: Permanent.  
  • Type of work: Hybrid.
  • Work Language: Fluent Business English. 

 

The Role  

 

As a Digital Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will be accountable to plan and deliver both technical & commercial guidance to drive operations of the Digital Commerce B2C & B2B channels (Website & Mobile) globally. In this role, you will provide the necessary knowledge, analysis and action plans related to the Nespresso business from an ecommerce perspective. You will work closely with HQ and local ecommerce teams to secure business objectives and advance operational processes. 

 

 

In This Role, You Will: 

  • Support coordination, execution & evolution of global products for ecommerce operations.
  • Support cross-functional teams to leverage ecommerce technologies by raising awareness on tools & features to deliver a consistently best-in-class experience across all digital touch points.
  • Pilot the integration of new ecommerce features and platforms as digital commerce champions, ensuring back office/operational requirements are accounted for and documented for future implementation in the global ecommerce community.
  • Ensure eCommerce Boutiques deliver the best-in-class user experience to prospects and Nespresso members as knowledge & matter experts, providing guidance & recommendations to markets to deliver a seamless & consistent customer experience across all digital touch points at global scale.
  • Ensure business processes are adhered to mitigate risk and protect systems availability.

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital & e-commerce activities, including Content Management Systems, Personalization & Targeting, eMerchandizing, product lifecycle management.
  • Relevant degree with strong web knowledge and experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering end-user experiences in a digital context.

 

Extra Skills That Set You Apart:  

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, API.
