• An internship agreement from your University or Business School
• Spanish nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners) and NASS (Spanish Social Security affiliation number) is required
• Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
• Fluent in English.

 

Terms & Conditions:


• Scholarship 960€ per month
• Grant canteen
• Access to Nestlé Market (10% to 50% off)
• Insurance with Zurich during the internship

 

Period of internship:


• 6 months internship starting in September 2022
• Possibility of a 6 months extension
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

As part of Employee Lifecycle & Total Rewards Product Group, together with the Product Group Manager, Product Manager, Portfolio Manager and Operations Manager – work towards below 5 objectives 


1.    Delivery of commitments (project portfolio) and 
2.    Reducing business disruptions (IT RUN) 
3.    Effective vendor & financial management
4.    Embed Product management ways of working 
5.    Drive People & Culture agenda

 

A day in the life of...

 

We are looking for 2 interns to join our Employee Lifecycle & Total Rewards Product Group. Their will help the team doing these activities:

 

Support Product Group Leadership team with tracking of Operational Master Plan / Team objectives as well as actions coming out of various team meetings

  • Support Portfolio Manager and Operations Manager in documenting & taking over recurring activities 
  • Support Product Group Leadership team with various communication topics –maintenance of key end user facing content, revitalizing workplace communities, converting ideas / concepts into presentations 
  • Facilitate virtual team events - recurring operational review meetings, brainstorming sessions and team building events – leveraging latest collaboration technologies
  • Participate and support the setup of Team objectives in Operational Master Plan and tracking of associated actions and measures
  • Support introduction of new product management methods & tools – Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc
  • Support Portfolio manager with tracking & validation of RFPs, contracts, invoices / timesheets, vendor spend and overall budget management and in coordination with impacted product managers
  • Support Operations manager with tracking of product performance measures and localizing them by product / region and coordinating with product managers 
  • Build / maintain any PowerBI dashboards to track the progress being made by Product Group across multiple objectives
     

What will make you successful

 

•    Bachelors in Business Administration, Computer Science or Human Resources
•    Exposure to Project Management methodologies and Product Management concepts
•    Knowledge of virtual collaboration Tools (MS Teams, Mural, Kahoot etc) 
•    Knowledge of financial concepts, budgets, Portfolio Management, business cases, etc
•    Experience in facilitating virtual workshops / meetings
•    Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology
•    Experience in leveraging Microsoft Office Tools – Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc
•    Ability to analyze, perform root cause analysis using Excel / PowerBi or reporting tools
•    Ability to synthesize, summarize and package a good idea clearly and coherently
•    Ability to organize and establish structure

During this tenure, you will be exposed to inner workings of one of the complex product groups we have in IT at Nestle and to some of the most experienced IT leaders.

•    how to apply project management and product management principles in real life context
•    how to facilitate virtual collaborations
•    End to end lifecycle of vendor engagement from RFP to invoicing,
•    Real life application of budget management / accounting topics
•    Various communication styles tuned to the context, audience and medium
