We are looking for a UX Experience Lead to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role
As a UX Experience Lead, you will be responsible for defining and driving a cohesive experience vision that aligns user needs with business objectives. This role leads a team of service designers and UX designers, ensuring that products and services deliver seamless, meaningful, and human-centred experiences.
By leveraging research, design thinking, and strategic insights, the UX Experience Lead shapes the end-to-end experience across digital and physical touchpoints. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to advocate for experience-driven innovation within the organization.
In This Role, You Will:
- Define and implement a clear, user-centred digital experience strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of UX designers and service designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct end-to-end user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee the development of customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to integrate experience strategy into product roadmaps.
- Advocate for human-centred design and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Track and analyse key experience metrics (e.g., NPS, usability scores, customer satisfaction) to measure the impact of experience initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in user experience and service design.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8-10 years of experience in UX design, service design, experience strategy, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, managing teams of UX designers, service designers, or multidisciplinary design teams.
- Proven track record of driving experience strategy and influencing business decisions at a senior level.
- Deep expertise in human-centred design, service design methodologies, research, and digital experience strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:
- Experience in omnichannel and direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies.
- Strong interest in new eCommerce topics and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in data analytics and advanced UX research methodologies
