• Scholarship 960€ per month

• 6 months internship

• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

Internship description

 

In Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology stream (MSE) we are the preferred and most solicited intrapreneurs of Nestlé IT, an industry reference and as technology enablers we provide personalized, mobile only, AI powered products and eco-systems creating delightful and frictionless consumer and customer experiences. 

Within the MSE stream, you will be working in the Digital Commerce Marketplace area.

Digital Commerce Marketplace is a set of products that (1) refer traffic from our brand.com websites to the eretailers (eretailers enablers) and (2) to assess the health and quality of the Nestle portfolio in online marketplace, pure players and B&M that provide insight to trigger business actions (Marketplace insights).

 In Digital Commerce Marketplace we want to be the reference in Digital Commerce technology across our markers, by demonstrating the real business value that our products offer to markets.

Our team

 

Our team is based in Barcelona, but we are working with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis. We are an international, diverse team with a lot of energy and passion for our products that also knows how to have fun.

During the internship, you will be exposed to cutting edge technology and Agile ways of working. You will be involved in many initiatives helping and collaborating with the Digital Commerce Marketplace team to have a real impact on the business.  To mention some:

 

  •  Asses the health of our products, via data quality consultancy.
  • Engage and document top notch and new features from our vendors and prepare a coms plan to communicate.
  • Interview stakeholders in different businesses, functions and markets to gather feedback on how they are using our products.
  • Adapt Communication Plan with markets, defining type of communications that will be sent, as well as moderate the social channel that we use to engage with markets (Workplace).
  • Follow up results on a monthly basis, taking the necessary actions to reach the project objectives.
  • Work closely with the Marketplace Cross team to align on Adoption and other cross initiatives.
What we are looking for

 

  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to clearly articulate and document vision and develop implementation plans.
  • Curiosity around digital commerce challenges matched with a creative and forward-thinking approach to solving them. 
  • Passionate about enabling marketing as a service, being an advocate for the consumer and pushing digital commerce communications to deliver meaningful experiences. 
  • Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, prioritize resources.
  • You have either a Business background and interest in technology or a Technical background willing to grow soft/ consulting skills
  • You are self-driven, proactive and attentive to details.
  • You have an analytical mind, and at the same time very good communication skills, you are not afraid to talk to important stakeholders and you are able to explain technical details in an easy language.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable with presenting
  • Power BI and Microsoft tools knowledge is a plus.
