We are looking for a Product Lead to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

The Role
As a Product Lead you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Decision & Purchase stage of the customer journey - across digital platforms (web and app) and physical points of sale. Initially focussing on optimizing the Checkout experience - the final step before conversion - and progressively expand their scope to include fulfilment coordination, and integration with in-store operations.
The scope includes both our B2C and B2B channels, with the shared goal of delivering a seamless, reliable and high-converting purchase experience, tailored to each customer type and context.
You will work closely with product, tech, design, operations, and data teams, as well as with local market, logistics, and retail stakeholders.
Beyond owning the product, you will help elevate our product culture and maturity by supporting Product Managers, promoting agile best practices, and fostering a strong sense of collaboration and ownership across teams
In This Role, You Will:

Define and drive the Checkout product strategy, delivering a fast, intuitive, and trustworthy experience that maximizes conversion.

Progressively expand the product scope to cover delivery and pickup coordination, and in-store integration (e.g. returns, click & collect, PoS alignment).

Ensure the product experience supports the needs of both B2C and B2B customers, adapting flows and features accordingly.

Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery efforts in coordination with Experience & Tech teams and cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with local market teams and operational stakeholders to ensure product decisions are grounded in real business and customer needs.

Monitor and improve key performance metrics (e.g. conversion rate, cart abandonment, fulfilment NPS, delivery success rate).

Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering autonomy, clarity, and continuous improvement that encourages ownership, autonomy, and accountability.

Champion agile methodologies, empower squads with clear responsibilities and success metrics, and provide coaching to enhance skills and growth.

Contribute to the growth of our product organization, promoting best practices, strong product thinking, and cross-team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:
-
7+ years of experience in digital product roles, with at least 2 years leading product teams.
-
Strong expertise in checkout flows and transactional product design within e-commerce or similar high-volume environments.
-
Experience working across B2C and/or B2B digital channels, with sensitivity to the differing needs of each.
-
Familiarity with payment systems, fulfilment models, or logistics processes - or motivation to quickly learn and scale these domains.
-
Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional collaboration, especially with tech, operations, logistics, and retail teams.
-
Curious and able to deal with uncertainty. Adaptable and resilient.
-
Analytical and customer-focused mindset, using data and research to inform strategy and prioritization.
-
Solid foundation in web and mobile technologies, and the ability to engage constructively with technical teams.
-
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a product vision.

Experience building and coaching product teams and contributing to the maturity of a product-led culture.
Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

Experience working on omnichannel or online-to-offline experiences.

Exposure to fulfilment and last-mile logistics.

Familiarity with POS systems or payment infrastructure.
