Requirements
• An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
• EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
• Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
• Fluent in English.
 

Terms & Conditions:
• Scholarship 960€ per month
• Grant canteen
• Access to Nestlé Market (30% to 50% off)
• Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship
 

Period of internship:
• 6 months internship starting in June
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

Position Summary

 

What do we do in Consumer Engagement Services team? 


Within CES team, we support, maintain and develop a Global solution for Contact Centres, used in +50 markets with over 2k users. Our core solution, based on Salesforce Service Cloud technology allows Agents to contact our Consumers quickly, efficiently, and through all the channels. It would not be possible without innovative technologies such as chatbots or artificial intelligence. Together with our stakeholders, we are defining the Solution roadmap and we develop it according to the Agile framework. 
 

Who we are? Our team is based in Barcelona, but we are working with colleagues from India and Switzerland on a daily basis as well as our users from all over the world. We are an international, diverse team with a lot of energy and passion for our Solutions. After work, most of us like to do sports, like cross-fit, karate, yoga or rugby.
 

What you will do as CES intern? You will work together with our team on sustain and rollout activities, helping our users across the world to improve the Solution adoption. It will be a great opportunity for you to learn Salesforce Service Cloud, which is at the moment one of the hottest technologies on the market. You will gain a valuable experience to work with different stakeholders in a big corporation while being part of a team with an agile mind-set. If you demonstrate to be a proactive and reliable individual, we will be happy to give you more responsibility and let you manage a small project. 
 

A day in the life of...

 

•    Global data quality analysis followed by an action plan
•    Set up of Power BI dashboards with relevant market overviews
•    Preparation of user guide materials and test execution for a new market rollout 
•    Definition of business requirements with key stakeholders followed with functional analysis and solution specification
•    Collaboration with development team, clarification of business requirements
•    Coordination of activation of a new feature in a foreign market such as WhatsApp, chatbot, Amazon Connect
•    Support of Compliance and Security requirements fulfilment
•    Maintenance and set up of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), supporting Scrum Master and Product Owner in delivery process 
•    Management of Admin Community Forum

We are looking for an analytical mind with great communication skills, passionate about new technologies and curious how the business can benefit from our solutions. 


What skills/experience we are looking for:


•    Experience or interest in Consumer Engagement Services, and passion for cutting-edge technologies (Salesforce, Chatbots, AI) 
•    Experience working in a Contact Centre for a CPG company is an asset, understanding of business processes within a contact centre 
•    High interest in Salesforce technologies 
•    Understanding of cloud solutions
•    Passion for Agile Framework and high-level understanding of software delivery process 
•    You are self-driven, proactive and attentive to details
•    You have an analytical mind, and at the same time very good communication skills, you are not afraid to talk to important stakeholders and you are able to explain technical details in an easy language
•    You have excellent presentation skills, you are a master of PowerPoint
•    You are comfortable working with raw data (Advanced skills in Excel highly desirable) and curious about Power BI capabilities
•    You never procrastinate, you transform insights into immediate action points to improve the current solutions landscape or ways of working 
•    Strong written and oral communications skills is a must
•    Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must
•    You have either a Business background and interest in technology or a Technical background willing to grow soft/ consulting skills
