What is the IT Graduate Program?

•    Location: Nestle Global Services Spain, Barcelona
 

•    Academical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, Econometrics, Information Technologies, Social Sciences or another similar relevant quantitative degree

•    The  2-year IT Graduate Program is designed to develop Nestlé’s next generation of leaders in Information Technology., part of a multicultural team of IT professionals driving the biggest IT digital transformation of the FMCG industry.

•     You will work on at least 2 rotations assignments in the Analytics, Data and Integraion stream. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership, communication, and technical skills, through practical assignments and continuous learning.

•    You will work with leading technologies, as well as our top tech partners (such as Microsoft, SAP, BT, , , or to name a few) to enable Nestlé to engage with Nestlé’s broad users, stakeholders and customers.

What will make you one of our IT Data Analyst Graduates?

•    Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, Econometrics, Information Technologies, Social Sciences or another similar relevant quantitative degree
•    At least, 1-2 years demonstrated experience in projects related to Data Management or to Analytics
•    Familiarity or Interest in Analytics: Reporting and Visualisation, Data Engineering/Management, Scripting in Open Source, predictive modelling, Machine learning and operations research
•    Passionate about data and analytical mindset 
•    Experience working with data sets with tools ranging from MS Excel, MS power BI, R, Python, SQL and cloud ecosystems
•    Digital savvy and keen in learning about technologies 
•    Ability to present information to a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including senior level leadership and great story telling skills
•    Team Player: We need teammates who can operate in a highly collaborative, customer centric and product oriented global organization.   
•    Resourceful: You have the drive to overcome any obstacle in your work. 
•    Customer Focused: Keen to learn about our customers and then bring solutions that meet their needs and improve our interactions with them
