What is the IT Graduate Program?

• Location: Nestle Global Services Spain, Barcelona
• Academical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technologies or another similar relevant degree 
• The  2-year IT Graduate Program is designed to develop Nestlé’s next generation of leaders in Information Technology., part of a multicultural team of IT professionals driving the biggest IT digital transformation of the FMCG industry.
• You will work on 3-4 rotational assignments that cut across different aspects of IT Security & Compliance’s products. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership, communication, and technical skills, through practical assignments and continuous learning.
• You will work with leading technologies, as well as our top tech partners (such as Microsoft, SAP, BT, , , or to name a few) to enable Nestlé to engage with Nestlé’s broad users, stakeholders and customers.
   

What will make you one of our IT Security & Compliance Graduates?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technologies or another similar relevant degree
• 1-2 years of experience in Information Security/ Risk Management
• Desirable Master in Cybersecurity
• Passion for cyber security and technology
• Programming and automation knowledge are a plus

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization. A good command of English is a must; Spanish as well as other languages will be useful in our multicultural work environment
