Position Summary

You will monitor all aspects of IS/IT performance, product group key value indicators, IS/IT key performance indicators and analyze this performance over time to support IS/IT and business management's decision making for a specific scope for which you will be aligned with.

You will also ensure the adherence of O-CIO ways of working for the Product Stream Operations managers, including alignment of operational metrics and usage of sourcing frame agreements.

You will run the Product Stream Operations managers community of practices and participate to the creation of training materials as well as delivering trainings, bootcamps, webinars and ensuring adequate level of engagement within this community.

Additionally, you will support the implementation of the IS/IT product catalog with IS/IT Product Group managers, by aligning content and ensure same tone of voice, and following key indicators ensuring successful level of engagement through defined metrics.

A day in the life of...

  • Support the establishment of the performance management discipline and artefacts across the product groups and all teams
  • Ensure that the IS/IT organization leads the way within Nestlé for data transparency, analytics, reporting and data driven decision making on its own performance
  • Use predictive modeling and run periodic simulation to identify opportunities and innovate with different ISIT strategies, helping head of Streams and product group Managers in their choices/decisions for sourcing, investments, workforce, etc.
  • Actively participate in the building of IS/IT product groups strategy and portfolio periodization as well as provides key insights for all decision making related to IS/IT and digital
  • Support the Product Group Managers by taking leadership on ensuring their Products are well represented in the IS/IT product catalog, with engaging content and regular updates, demonstrated through defined KPIs"                                      
  • Ensures all product groups have a transparent and independent continuous measure of their key performance and value indicators as agreed with their respective IS/IT Consumers that will improve decisions on products
  • Continuously monitors trends, alerts on risks and opportunities as well as proactively supports analysis of data to issue recommendations and decide on actions. Monitoring, alerting and diagnostic
  • Establish/consolidate the expertise to create metrics, visual dashboards and measurement processes and to ruthlessly automate them with the highest standards in UX to show case IS/IT capabilities to all people accessing these information
  • Advise teams on indicator design and measurement process set-up and develop performance management and fact-based decision making mind-set across the organization
  • Deep engagement with the Product Group Managers as well as the Product Stream Operations Managers and demonstrate added value over support delivered

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor degree
  • 3+ to 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics role
  • Working experience either in IS/IT, Analytics and Reporting Product Management or Finance
  • Good know how of manipulating data / visual dashboard and analytics products
  • Excellent knowledge of data management practices
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
