In order to complete our Marketing Automation department, we are currently looking for an IS/IT Project Manager – Marketing Automation.

Position Summary

As an IS/IT Project Manager – Marketing Automation, you will manage the delivery of the solution based on the global deployment roadmap that you will have previously defined based on demand, priorities and team capacity.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of End to End deployment to ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.

You will be responsible to create projects baseline and monitor roadmap to accelerate deployments.

You will be responsible to document accordingly all deployments activities in order to industrialize deployments (including product enhancements ready to be deployed).

You will control the deployment progress versus schedule and budget and raise risks/issues when needed.

You will coordinate the team assigned to deployment projects (internal and external teams) allocated to the project (on-shore, near shore, off-shore), defining main guidelines and motivating resources to accomplish all targets and milestones. For this reason it’s important you build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and communicate effectively. 

You will act as the Single Point of Contact for all internal stakeholders (program managers, product owners, testers, Sustain and Leverage teams) and all external stakeholders for all topics related to Deployments.

You will coordinate governance meetings with our suppliers to ensure roadmap alignments, ways of workings and provide feedback if needed.

A part from managing the full roadmap you will also be assigned to deployments projects and manage the project yourself as a Project manager.

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure cross teams coordination, being the single point of contact concerning the deployments projects. Provide regular feedback on project (steering and operational committees, governance meetings).
  • Produce timely, detailed summaries and high-level reports on the evolution of the projects.
  • Provide visibility on project’s team capacity.
  • Ensure all deployments projects part of the roadmap are delivered on time, on budget, and quality, on scope and all associated risks are managed accordingly.
  • Provide estimation for new deployment projects analyzing complexity with our without the help of an analyst.
  • Develop and maintain all strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including, suppliers Executives, Product Managers, program managers
  • In collaboration with product team, define and maintain deployment processes and methodologies to deploy product enhancements.
  • Ensure documentation is produced and updated to provide guidelines for deployments team, including training documentation and thus ensure deployments at scale.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams (internal or external) and ensure the adherence to individual project plan and global roadmap.
  • Within larger projects, ensure the appropriate integration within the full landscape and the delivery on time thanks to close collaboration with other IS/IT PM.
  • Deploy, document best practices and implement them across the team ( internally and externally)
  • In collaboration with the other product team members (marketing automation and other products), help Functions and Markets stakeholders to define a suitable Solution development strategy.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience in large scale projects on the software delivery and consulting services using a structured methodology
  • Experience on project management, waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience in the development and delivery of digital solutions
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, confluence…) and processes
  • PMP /PIP certification is a plus
  • Knowledge and proven experience in digital marketing
  • Culture & knowledge about marketing automation
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is a plus
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Willing to challenge and improve ways of working
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals. Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels of business and technical professionals in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team
