In order to complete our IT Platforms Department, we are currently looking for a Sr. Platform Manager – ServiceNow

Join us to lead a team in charge of implementation, deploy, adoption and continuous evolution of Service Now platform in Nestlé to transform the IT ways of working.

A day in the life of...

  • Define Strategy and related Roadmaps for IS/IT Support Processes (e.g. APM, Software Development Lifecycle, Change Management, Asset management, CMDB, etc.) in alignment of Office of the CIO
  • Lead definition and evolution of relevant Support Processes and contribute to overall IT Strategy to ensure continued alignment with Nestlé business model.   
  • Actively participate in the governance of the E2E Processes Roadmap and Solution Architecture.
  • Act as Trusted Advisor on innovative approaches to Support Processes to continuously improve delivery on business strategies   
  • Lead delivery of Service Now implementation thru suppliers for Support Processes in scope and as per agreed roadmap
  • Drive management of change in impacted teams and organizations.
  • Accountable for E2E health and viability of the Platform and the Support Processes across the IT organization. 
  • Ensure coordination of Product and Project managers for well orchestrated and successful go-live of new processes and tools
  • Ensure ongoing performance of the Support Processes by the Product and Platform teams.
  • Ensure Compliance to Standards as appropriate.
  • Engage and manage key suppliers (Relationship, Contracts, Delivery, Sustain) to ensure maximum adherence to Out-of-the-Box technical solutions in line with Nestlé Roadmap.
  • Maintain effective and trusted relationships between Product Managers, Process Managers, Process Owners and GLOBE Support Organization representatives
  • Ensure sound financial management (Budget , Total Cost of Ownership)
  • Ensure alignment of all stakeholders impacted by the rollout of Service Now
  • Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. (Sustain the change)
  • Select talent: recruit and onboard people and plan capabilities for the future
  • Develop people: coach, define effective (70-20-10) development plan and asses talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success
  • Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenge the set up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness
  • Recognize achievements: give and receive recognition, reward performance

Are you a fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product
  • 10+ years of experience in IS/IT process definition and ownership
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and rolling out ServiceNow applications is a must
  • 8+ years experience in leading technical and distributed teams
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a product based IS/IT organization
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
  • Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)
  • Previous experience in managing external suppliers for delivering services
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies
  • Working knowledge of APIs & integration
  • Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time           
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
