Requirements
• An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
• EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
• Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
• Fluent in English.
 

Terms & Conditions:
• Scholarship 960€ per month
• Grant canteen
• Access to Nestlé Market (30% to 50% off)
• Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship
 

Period of internship:
• 6 months internship starting in May
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

A day in the life of...

 

•    On boarding of new employees / internships 
•    Support new employees providing HR information on processes and tools 
•    Follow up of new hires and internships 
•    Support Line Managers on the processes and tools (Success Factors) 
•    HR analytics and reporting optimization  
•    HR Communication to all the Community

What will make you successful

 

Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Internal Communication. Master in HR or Communication is a plus 
· Curiosity and a high level of orientation to continuous learning. 
· Collaboration and agility to create effective relationships. 
· Innovation and a focus on renewal and change. 
· Passion for achieving results with a high level of commitment
