POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the execution of HR administrative processes of Headquarters under his/her responsibilities according to the requirements established by internal customers, in accordance with the Spanish legislation and following the KPIs and SLA established with internal customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately.
- Understand clients' needs/processes.
- Ensure that the following activities are performed on a daily basis:
- Payroll doubts, data input to DXC by webform, printing and delivery to Clients, according to defined protocols.
- Verification of data input into the system.
- Reception, preparation and delivery of documents to HR clients (letters, labour contracts, extension).
- Ensure and control the execution of HR administrative activities related to end-of-month closing according to defined procedures.
- Take proactive initiatives that add value to the procedures that is involve.
- Ensure service levels agreed with markets
- Coordinate HR administrative activities, whether internal or external (social security, tax authorities, government entities)
- Ensure that procedures are in compliance with the standards of Nestlé and legislation.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Degree in Employee Relations or similar
- Minimum 2 years of Experience managing payroll in an agency /consultancy/law firms.
- Previous experience managing payroll in a multinational will be a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience using SILTRA.
- Experience using Success Factors and SAP will be a plus.
