The Role: We are looking for an Head of Tech Planning and Management Office to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team. This critical leadership role supports the Global Head of Digital Technology and the broader Digital Tech organization in achieving strategic goals and operational excellence. The role demands a combination of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to manage and coordinate various initiatives across the IT department.
 

In This Role, You Will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Head of Digital Technology, providing insights and recommendations on key technology and business decisions.
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Head of Digital Technology and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of technology strategies, priorities, and progress.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure the IT organization delivers value to the enterprise.
  • Design and maintain the Digital Tech operating model, supporting strategy execution and organizational transformation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business value delivery.
  • Facilitate the creation and communication of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead high-impact, enterprise-wide strategic programs and Digital Tech transformation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Digital Tech organization.

     

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT and business/industry, with at least 5-7 years of team management and leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading projects, and influencing senior-level management.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successful team development and working effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in IT strategic planning, governance formulation, and organizational change management.
  • Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their strategic application to business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technology solutions in business terms.
  • Ability to drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic environment.
