  • Our ZEUR IT MSE Team collaborates with Nestlé Zones, Markets, and Businesses in Zone Europe (ZEUR) to deliver business value in Marketing, Sales, and eBusiness (MSE) through the strategic use of digital technology.    
  • Our expertise lies in assisting with the selection, delivery, support, and optimization of MSE Products, Programs, and end-to-end solutions. By bridging the gap between MSE products and our businesses, we foster a close partnership that enables seamless integration and collaboration.

  • In order to complete our IT MSE ZEUR team, we are currently looking for an Operations Manager.  
  • You will assume the overarching responsibility to ensure smooth operations of the team. Part of your responsibilities is to ensure discipline in managing and optimizing the product based operating model within the stream by leveraging ways of working set by the O-CIO. You will also be responsible of the ZEUR IT MSE portfolio management, ensuring stringent security and compliance and helping in the support of the existing solutions in our Zone Europe Markets.  
  • Furthermore, you will be managing the team budget and expenses and coordinating day-to-day activities and ways of working of our team.

What you’ll do 

  • Drive IT MSE ZEUR portfolio management, from demand to delivery and ensures related costs management, resources, security and compliance, which includes:  
    • Conduct regular meetings with the ZEUR team to inform and alert any issues arising from the projects to assure the on-plan usage and consumption of resources and funding, and to highlight any variances.  
    • Ensure the adherence to the appropriate governance functions relating to the portfolios and in accordance with enterprise guidelines, policies and practices.  
    • Supported by the O-CIO Performance Management, monitor and support execution as defined per service agreements and take necessary actions in case of deviations.  
  • Manage the team finances: budget and expenses, ensuring that all spending is within budget and delivers substantial value for money.  
  • Support the ZEUR team on capacity management & roles management, by assigning resources to projects and monitoring the regional team's chargeability and approving the right authorization roles for the team.  
  • Provide support to the ZEUR MSE team in meeting the Risk, Compliance & Security standards by using the tools, processes and frameworks that support IT Compliance in Nestlé  
  • Monitor IT support provided by the ZEUR MSE team: follow up on service management, ensuring that the solutions in our markets are running smoothly and that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Monitor adoption of our solutions, involving the right teams to improve the value we deliver to our markets.

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, there of 5+ years in IT Operations with diverse roles and increasing operations responsibilities across major IS/IT projects and programs.
  • Strong portfolio management.
  • Project Management experience.  
  • Demonstrable knowledge on ITSM (IT Service Management) practices.
  • Rapidly comprehend, convey and sell the benefits of Marketing, Sales & eBusiness Digital technologies.
  • Strong acumen in IT governance.
  • Ability to identify and advocate for bold opportunities with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience participating into strategic prioritization and complex governance initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the use of reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities and analyze portfolio performance.
  • Understanding of elements of the portfolios (product groups, talent, suppliers, investments and assets).
  • Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units. Familiar with industry trends and innovation.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and financial analysis skills, and familiarity with financial reporting tools.  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver against financial and resource constraints.  
  • Effective influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.    
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.  
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.  

 

Bonus Points If You:  

  • Substantial consulting leadership experience would be a plus.
