We are looking for an ISIT Payments Operations Specialist to be part of our IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role

To complete our Digital Payments team, we are currently looking for a Payments Operations Specialist.

As the Payments Operations Specialist in the Digital Payments team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our payment operations, ensuring smooth and seamless payment processing for our customers and Nestlé brands.
 

 

What you’ll do
•    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of payment processing, including transaction monitoring and reporting.
•    Coordinate with L2 and L3 support teams to prioritize and efficiently resolve incidents within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to prioritize and address sustain-related issues and enhancements.
•    Manage incident management, ensuring a prompt and efficient response to minimize customer impact and ensure proper resolution.
•    Provide support for PCI audits, keeping PCI documentation updated such as the PSP Attestation of Compliance, internal processes, RACI matrix, etc.
•    Lead technical projects to improve operations and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Generate regular reports and analysis on payment processing metrics, trends, and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
•    Develop and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures, incident management processes, and escalation procedures.
•    Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on sustain activities, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

•    Proven experience in Payments or eCommerce operations management, preferably in a multinational organization, overseeing sustain processes for ecommerce or payments platforms.
•    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of operations specialists.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
•    KPI- focused, and hands-on attitude
•    Solid understanding of incident management processes and best practices, with experience in collaborating with suppliers to ensure efficient incident resolution.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
•    Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
•    Nice to have: 
>    Experience working with Service Now, and Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
>    Experience working with New Relic and Grafana dashboards.
