<span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">To strengthen our Global Tech Hub in Barcelona, we are looking for a IS/IT Product Manager – Business Process Automation.

Position Summary

<span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">Under the supervision and guidance of your Integrated Business Service Technology Manager based in  Switzerland  you will be responsible for one or several products within a product group and you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, product vision and vision execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery (including IS/IT consumers’ adoption). You will be accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, <span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif"">with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product including ITIL service models (e.g, L2 and L3 support models).<span style="font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif""> On the delivery side of the product, you will be responsible for analyzing and continuously managing the value for money, ensuring the product is adopted as widely as possible and you will deliver applications that support Nestlé's initiative to simplify the life of the end user, standardize work across Nestlé markets and businesses and share above market in centers of scale and competency. You will also manage the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes Roadmaps for the process automation products, in alignment with the capabilities and roadmaps of the IT products
• Define & develops the business process automation strategy and vision and defines long term capabilities. Defining and executing the go to market strategy together Markets IT Managers, Business Relationship Managers, corporate functions and End to End business processes leads
• Defines and monitors the product analytics to improve the value for Nestle and retires the relevant products based on trends and KPIs
• Establishes the Governance for own products and participate in the IS/IT governance to enable prioritization across multiple options
• Develops high performing product team
• Use the deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment the customers based on their needs and profile. Provide an outside in based view of how to best target each segment
• Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
• Prepare the strategy and communication material to create a shared understanding of the product in particular on how to market and sell it (for BRMs at the Centre and in the markets), to deliver and operate it (for product teams) and to measure its success (for performance manager and BRMs)
• Analyze reporting provided by the performance manager for insights of product impact and adoption in market. Work with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs); define with team key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value
• Analyze competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money to inform the product strategy before and during product life
• Participate in the IS/IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options and support the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working)
• Understands the business risk appetite and delivers applications within that acceptable risk level
• Create the context: create alignment, lead by example, promote an open culture and our values in a sustainable way. (Sustain the change)
• Develop people: coach, define effective development plans and assess talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success
• Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenges the set up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness

Required Profile

The key requirement for this position is experience in the specification, implementation and running of Intelligent Robotic Process Automation IT products. Candidates should have a proven success in implementing this type of solution and delivering increase business operations performance, error rate reduction and productivity gains.
• Extensive functional knowledge in the Intelligent / Robotic process automation area within FMCG
• Experience with:
o Defining business process automation strategies.
o Automating business processes for BPO shared service centers and markets.
o Technologies such as SAP, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, OCR (Abby), Process Mining (Celonis) are a plus.
• Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
