IT Business Analyst / IT PM (Payment & Fraud)

Position Summary
 

In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Technology Department, we are currently looking for an IS/IT Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst you will be part of the team responsible for driving Sales and Revenue for Nestlé’s D2C business by offering best-in-class customer experience in Digital Payments across brands, markets, and channels (eCommerce, IoT, Customer Service, Retail).

The Digital Payments team main objectives are to drive sales by increasing checkout conversion rates, protect revenue by decreasing fraud costs, reduce/optimize merchant costs and offer the preferred payment methods per country to our customers.

Reporting to the Payments Tech Lead, the Payments/Fraud Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendation and reports to stakeholders. 

The Payments/Fraud Business Analyst translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements, then plays a key role within the product team to specify, test and deploy those IT solutions.
 

A day in the life of...
 

  • Review, analyze and evaluate digital payments and fraud solution requirements for Nestlé D2C brands
  • Analyze, document and test product development, logic, process flows and specifications 
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience in each brand/market while reducing Fraud costs
  • Analyze and experiment with innovative payment methods and fraud solutions working closely with technology providers
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the payments and fraud processes to grow revenue, reduce costs and mitigate risks, reducing payment/fraud declines, facilitating reconciliation, and supporting the sustain organization
  • Plan and execute end to end projects, follow the development with IT teams and external companies to answer functional questions and review impacts of technical decisions, ensuring project deliverables and quality
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
     

What will make you successful
 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience of business analyst in eCommerce Payments/Fraud (with a multi-country context)
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in eCommerce payments and fraud management, local payment methods implementation
  • Experience working in the payments/cash management/treasury/cross border payments industry
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to consider issues from different perspectives and draw commercially sound recommendations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Distinctive skills in planning & prioritizing
