We are looking for IT Business Analyst in Controlling to be part of our Finance, Control and Legal Department.

 

Position Snapshot

The role 
The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirement and build an integrated technology solution and services to the finance community, aiming to create tangible business value.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to e-commerce integration in controlling.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential solutions and recommend best practices for integration.
  • Integrate our new e-commerce solutions in the backend IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful implementation and delivery of e-commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design, configure, and test e-commerce systems in combination of SAP systems, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making related to e-commerce performance and controlling.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required, preferably economics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or business. Also, knowledge on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically in e-commerce integration and controlling.
  • 8+ years of experience on SAP solutions (Business Warehouse and Margin Analysis) with strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Magento, Shopify, or THG.
  • 8+ years of experience on SAP solutions (Business Warehouse and Margin Analysis) with strong knowledge of e-commerce or retail platforms, such as SAP BRIM/FICA with sub-ledger concepts.
  • Solid experience in Management Accounting and the finance accounting principles with ability to drive business discussion in this area gathering business requirement from stakeholders and write documentation (Functional and Technical).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Capable write clear and concise presentations to the stakeholders summarizing architecture options, as is and to be processes, and design implications.

 

Bonus Points If You: 

  • Experience with building system integration solutions.
  • Analytics capabilities, Power BI, Azure.
  • Good understanding of Snowflake in the context of reporting and interfaces.
