• Spanish nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners) and NASS (Spanish Social Security affiliation number) is required
• Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
• Fluent in English.
Terms & Conditions:
• Scholarship 960€ per month
• Grant canteen
• Access to Nestlé Market (10% to 50% off)
• Insurance with Zurich during the internship
Period of internship:
• 6 months internship starting in March 2022
• Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

The IT Customer Experience Intern will work to assist in improving IT Customer Experience for Nestlé employees. Core activities include helping the CX (Customer Experience) Owner with his prior guidelines, giving and developing actions for improvements specific with CX processes, providing support dealing with stakeholders; contributing of processes automatization; Helping with the creation of reports and deliverables; and supporting with the design of charts and presentations.
As receiver-obsessed you have the responsibility to meet the deadlines of the stakeholders making sure we cover their expectations.

A day in the life of...
- Help with Customer Experience (CX) processes from helping to create questionaries to sending surveys, control of the samples and automatizing processes with the CX Agencies outside Nestlé, guarantying the quality of the data and the service provide.
- Understand Customer Experience metrics: NPS, CX Indexes, Experience Level agreements etc.
- Ensuring timelines of the deliverables according to the stakeholders needs in coordination with the CX owner.
- Able to Communicate proactively with stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs, always with the guidance of the CX owner.
- Support the CX owner to make materials, compile findings, and identify concrete themes across findings.
- Help to develop client deliverables such as interview reports, analysis reports, and data visualization materials
- Eager to learn and Understand the CX visualization tools to know how to analyze relevant CX data and transform Insights into outcomes.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Marketing, Marketing Research, business administration or related area
- Working experience with Customer or Marketing Research will be a plus.
- Customer focus oriented and delight our receivers.
- Data driven and curious for Customer Insights.
- Interest in Customer Research and Customer Experience models and methodologies.
- Ability to create clear presentations and charts.
- Very detailed and perfectionist with data quality and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Hard worker and eager to continue learning with passion.
