Position Summary:
Our Global IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is dedicated to enabling business architecture and aligning the IT landscape with business strategies. Through our Enterprise Architecture initiatives, we ensure alignment, foster innovation, optimize efficiency, enhance agility, enable scalability, ensure security and compliance, and drive standardization and integration. We play a pivotal role in leveraging technology effectively for a competitive edge.
Our goal is to establish a comprehensive Business Architecture framework that guides digital investments and strategic decisions. This framework will accelerate our digital transformation with impactful scale and speed, connecting business goals to capabilities, processes, services, data, people, and technology. It will provide a real-time view across our entire value chain, powered by AI.


As an IT Data Steward Specialist, your role is crucial in ensuring that both the business and IT align and adhere to the processes, rules, and standards set by the Business Architecture Framework. This requires you to have a deep understanding of the data requirements and how it is used within the organization, as well as the associated elements and processes involved.


In your position, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT, playing a pivotal role in driving effective data management practices. Your expertise in data requirements and business use will enable you to establish and enforce data governance processes, ensuring that data is managed in a consistent and compliant manner.


What you’ll do 

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the End-to-End IT Master Data Lifecycle, including data creation, maintenance, and discontinuation.
  • Establish and enforce data management standards, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues, launching global data quality initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvements in IT master data processes to enhance data integrity, quality, and availability.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and track data usage across digital-enabled business models, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data Management, Data Analytics and Data Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of data requirements and business use, enabling effective data governance and management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on data quality to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvements and adapt to evolving data management practices.
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate and address data-related challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in data governance and management.
