We are looking for a person with an excellent capability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience implementing efficient processes on cloud-based solutions to join our team in

 

Position Snapshot:

  • Location: Barcelona, Spain.
  • Type of contract: Permanent.
  • Stream: IT Analytics, Data & Integration.
  • Remote policy: Hybrid work.
  • Languages: Fluent Business English.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Play crucial role in capturing feedback from business users and stakeholders to meet expected service levels, data governance best practices and drive product excellence.  
  • Support continuous improvement of existing business processes, governance and user engagement of IT Sustainability solutions. 
  • Supervise implementation of enhancements with business and technical stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate operational calls with product owners and other sustainability stakeholders. 
  • Ensure efficient regular reporting processes across Sustainability solutions and ensure IT security standards are applied across these solutions. 
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
