Position Summary

 

As IT Product Engagement and Awareness Partner, your will be responsible of ADI communication strategy and execution and ensure that relevant stakeholders across Nestlé are kept informed and aware of the ADI Product catalogue,  and their progress. You will work closely with the Head of Analytics Data and Integration and Product Stream Operations Manager for ADI to develop and implement targeted and holistic communication strategies that have the power to properly inform as well as engage the selected audiences.

You will help equip product and regional teams for effective communication leveraging a range of communications assets across several channels, such as a staff intranet, email bulletins, social media, or newsletters, all the way ensuring compliance to the standards defined by Global Business Services Communications, The scope of activities stretches from leadership and top-down comms, change communication, information comms to bottom-up / two-way communication, peer communication and campaigns. The work is hands-on you will often have End to End ownership of communication strategies or activities, from conception to evaluation of its effectiveness.

 

A day in the life of...

Typical activities in the life of a IT Product Engagement and Awareness Partner:

  • Establish internal communications strategies in collaboration with relevant Stream / Team Leads to ensure employees and stakeholders have visibility on key project and initiatives
  • Develop and produce internal communications assets such as presentations, templates, events, toolkits, and guidance for use across the ADI organization, in alignment with Global Business Services and Nestlé Internal Communications standards and recommendations
  • Plan, edit, write, and work on the layout of content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, Workplace, PowerPoint presentations, videos, announcements, or newsletters
  • Ensure messages are aligned with the Global Business Services visual branding and is consistent across mediums 
  • Storyboard and translate ideas for creative communication solutions e.g., videos or infographics
  • Plan, record and edit videos when needed or work with agencies to do the same
  • Collaborate and align with Comms colleagues in Zones, Functions, Markets, Corp. Comms, HR and Global Business Services
  • Equip, coach and support key stakeholders for their various communication needs
  • Support/design/run global events and campaigns across time zones, to connect employees to the business strategy, using a blend of media, virtual vs physical and global vs local activities to provide an immersive experience and maximize engagement
  • Build campaigns to support capability development and training of users in ADI in collaboration with the Community of Practice Lead.   

 

What will make you successful

 

  • University degree in the fields related to communication, change management, human computer interaction, computer science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience on communication 
  • Excellent English copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with ability to synthesize and prioritize messages
  • Creative skills to autonomously bring communication strategies to life using creative tools
  • "Journalistic” ability to source stories from stakeholder and employees
  • Experience of collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional matrix organization
  • Experience in employee/internal communications or public relations
  • Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and social media community management 
  • Motivated self-starter, with ability and willingness to autonomously run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Ability and courage to challenge requests to ensure we focus on Communication that makes a difference
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, social and cultural awareness to work with a multitude of stakeholders and departments
  • Confidence to deal with (senior) stakeholders and explain communication techniques to them
  • Ability to prioritize during times of higher workload
