The role
The IT Product Manager for Product Content Management (PCM) is responsible for overseeing the PCM Center of Excellence (COE) and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products within the product content ecosystem. This role involves defining COE principles, ensuring alignment to a globally harmonized data model, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and drive the go-to-market strategy of the IT products within its remit
What you’ll do
• Engage stakeholders to establish and refine the PCM COE vision, strategy, and data model definitions across global teams.
• Develop a product perspective based on COE strategy to maximize value in alignment with global and zone needs.
• Drive the definition and alignment of the PCM data model to establish a successful COE foundation.
• Define harmonization strategies in conjunction with vendor roadmaps and contractual agreements.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for continuous product enhancement.
• Lead the development of high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with people processes and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence product roadmaps and ensure compliance with regulations.

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience in a PCM and PIM-related field within a product-based IT organization.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills in English at various organizational levels.
• Experience working in a global matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points If You:
• Strong business acumen with experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail environments.
• Excellent understanding of product information (PI) and PCM-related processes and data governance.
• Strong leadership skills to engage global and zone teams effectively.
