We are looking for an IT Product Owner eCommerce to be part of our IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role

In order to complete our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, supporting Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand, we are currently looking for an eCommerce Technology Specialist.

In this position, you will be part of the D2C eCommerce Product Team, acting as a Checkout and Order Management Product Owner for Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand. 
 

 

What you’ll do
•    Participate in the ecommerce delivery, being part of a squad, working as an IT product owner of checkout and order management process.
•    Build and maintain checkout / order management roadmap, prioritize the backlog, specify user stories with the help of a business analyst.
•    Drive Magento Platform Upgrades on a yearly basis.
•    Monitor tech and business KPIs related to order management and take actions for optimization.
•    Work on a daily basis with your squad
•    Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
•    Coordinate preliminary studies, general systems specifications, and detailed systems specifications.
•    Assess the delivery from external partners and act as the Nestlé in-house expert to validate proposals from agencies                        
•    Develop prototypes or POCs for proving out new technology and validating use-cases that the team considers important to our end-state architecture.
•    Liaise with the security team to consult on security requirements and processes.
•    Benchmark the market looking for competitive solutions.
•    Manage Stakeholders

Minimum qualifications:

•    Experience working in an eCommerce delivery team, using agile methodologies
•    Magento 2.X , Adobe Commerce strong hands-on experience (in Omni-Channel context) 
•    Product Owner Experience 
•    Payment Service Provider (PSP) integration experience
•    Anti-Fraud integration experience 
•    Checkout & Order Management expertise
•    Experience extending or customizing Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Enterprise) - experience with other frameworks such as Drupal, Demandware, Hybris and/or OS Commerce is a plus
•    Extensive experience developing websites, back-end integrations
•    Extensive experience with PHP 4/5, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, MySQL and familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and other JS frameworks
•    Basic to intermediate understanding of Linux and MS-SQL and/or MySQL
•    Good understanding of Web Analytics and SEO techniques
•    B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; MS CS or Engineering preferred 
•    Knowledge of microservices and scalability/ modular, SAAS options
•    Demonstrated experience in leading development teams
•    Success in leading hybrid on- and off-shore teams
•    Client-facing communication skills, including online and in-person presentations
•    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills    
•    Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
•    Nice to have at least two of the following: 
>    Knowledge/experience with Headless Commerce, Composable Commerce 
>    New Relic 
>    Atlassian Tools (Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) 
>    Knowledge in Alternative Payment Methods such as PIX, Multibanco, Bancontact, and others.
>    Mobile Native Payments (Drop-in Integration)
