The Role:
The IT Strategic Design Expert will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital workplace experience by contributing to the development and implementation of the IT Digital Employee Hubs Strategy.
This position requires a deep understanding of service design principles and the ability to translate employee needs into a centralized platform that integrates various IT services and resources.
We are looking for an experienced Expert with a strong background in service design, business design and a passion for creating innovative digital solutions.
As part of the Employee Experience Design Team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in defining the strategic direction, ensuring that the IT Employee Digital Hubs meet the needs of employees while driving organizational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
As a IT Strategic Design Expert, you will:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the IT Employee Digital Hubs that aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key experience requirements for the IT Employee Digital Hubs .
- Conduct user research to identify pain points, needs, and behaviors of employees interacting with IT services.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that features are aligned with user feedback and business objectives.
- Manage user journey mapping to illustrate employee interactions with the IT Employee Digital Hubs , identifying key touchpoints and pain points
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that user journeys are integrated into the overall IT Digital Employee Hubs Strategy, promoting a seamless experience.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Monitor IT Employee Digital Hubs ' performance and analyze data insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement of the IT Employee Digital Hubs
- Ensure that the IT Employee Digital Hubs are user-centric by advocating for design principles that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, service designers, developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and effective IT services.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Science Technologies , Service Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in product ownership in service design, user experience, or a related field..
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, service blueprinting, and journey mapping within a corporate organization
- Ability to effectively communicate strategic vision, strategies, and solutions to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile environments.
- Analytical skills to assess product performance and drive data-driven decisions
Bonus Points If You:
- Bring previous knowledge in Gartner Digital Employee Experience blueprint (DEX)
