We are looking for an ITSM ServiceNow Functional Architect to be part of our Workforce 360 team:

The role

Are you passionate about ServiceNow and ITSM processes?
This position will work exclusively on ServiceNow tool, which is one of the most visible platforms in Nestle IT as it acts as the ERP for IT and hosts 40 applications across 17products and 6 IT streams.
In the past 12 months, 120 monthly, weekly or ad-hoc releases were delivered. We completed 324 sprints containing not less than 1400 stories!
This position will work mainly with the Nestlé ServiceNow Factory and offshore delivery teams but also with the Nestlé Applications Owners, to bring deep expertise and knowledge with the ITSM products such as Incident, Request Fulfillment, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Walkup, etc.
Working at the leading edge of IT for the product or platform, the Technology Specialist performs preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product manager, improves the way our clients leverage the out-of-the-box functionalities, approves the design and the technical solutions, ensuring high quality standards and following best practices.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Works with ServiceNow Application Owners, Platform architects, and Delivery team to provide guidance and support in ServiceNow implementation, translating business vision into technical solutions.

  • Assists in resolving complex technical problems, investigating root causes, and recommending SMART solutions.

  • Participates in ongoing planning and review of active projects and tasks.

  • Takes responsibility for end-to-end development of ServiceNow ITSM applications, including concept drafting, requirements gathering, solution design, development, UAT, implementation, and documentation.

  • Collaborates with offshore team members and advises on design, development, and best practices for ServiceNow configuration.

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Administrator and preferably certification in ServiceNow ITSM implementation.
  • 8+ years’ experience in ServiceNow implementation and delivery projects. A background in ITSM is a must.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow development/implementation.
  • Experience of integration using SOAP and REST.
  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile Methodologies.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization, with offshore teams and in English.
  • Proven experience in complex and global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Autonomous, problem solving oriented, achieving results.
