JOB DESCRIPTION
As Cook Intern at Nestlé, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and learn from experienced professionals while contributing to the development and evolution of innovative culinary products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team and manage business stakeholders, all in a fast-paced, challenging, and global environment.
Please note that this is a non-coding position, and no development experience is required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Recipe Development: from conceptualization, writing, testing, to final preparation.

Design new recipes based on brand strategy, content plans, and current trends.

Write recipes, ensuring all necessary information is included (such as measurements, servings, seasonality, cooking times, etc.).

Cook the recipes, considering the final plating for photography purposes.

Support the team in video recordings. This refers to participating in the entire production process, including scriptwriting and cooking.

Kitchen Management. Being responsible for creating shopping lists based on weekly recipes, ensuring essential ingredients are stocked, etc.

Assisting in the preparation of food for photoshoots, including recipe development and styling.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a hardworking, trustworthy individual with a passion for learning and a willingness to work with our team.
Qualifications include
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in cook or gastronomy.
• Valuable knowledge of photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and color theory.
• Understanding of marketing principles and ability to produce visually appealing content that meets brand standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

- College scholarship: 883 € per month
