The role:
- Change Management Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy for Everyday Digital. This involves assessing the impact of changes, identifying stakeholders, and creating communication and training plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging and managing stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, end-users, and external partners. This involves building relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their involvement and support throughout the change process.
- Change Implementation: Overseeing the execution of change initiatives. This includes coordinating communication efforts, monitoring progress, addressing issues, etc…
What you’ll do:
- Change Management Plan: Develop a comprehensive change management plan that outlines the strategy, approach, and timeline for managing change within the program. This plan should include communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Create a stakeholder engagement strategy that identifies key stakeholders, their roles, and responsibilities, as well as the approach for engaging and communicating with them throughout the change process. This strategy should ensure that stakeholders are informed, involved, and supportive of the change initiatives.
- Communication Plan: Develop a detailed communication plan that outlines the key messages, communication channels, and frequency of communication to various stakeholders, including the executive board and regional leadership. The plan should ensure transparent and consistent communication about the program's progress, milestones, and impact on the organization.
- Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct a change readiness assessment to evaluate the organization's preparedness for change. This assessment should identify potential barriers, risks, and resistance to change, and propose strategies to address them.
- Change Impact Analysis: Perform a change impact analysis to understand the implications of the program on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, roles, and culture. This analysis should inform the development of change management interventions and mitigation plans.

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Sociology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry
• Track record of successful organizational change management for large & complex change initiatives with Executives and Senior Leaders
• Good working knowledge of industry-standard program management methodologies and product life cycles
• Organizational development, change management training and certification is desirable
Bonus Points If You:

• Expertise in setting and managing stakeholder expectations and milestones

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
