Position Summary

Regulatory & Scientific Affairs topics (label approval, off-pack communication…), QA & RSA trainings to the different internal clients at all levels, updating on Spanish regulation, promotional items approval & support to Market Quality topics.

A day in the life of...
 

• Check the compliance of label/packaging (LSS) to all relevant EU & local regulations.
• Check, comment and approve labels/artworks.
• Check, comment and approve e-commerce texts.
• Check, comment and approve marketing off-pack communication (advertising, leaflets, web sites etc).
• Coach Marketing, local translators and agencies to make correct translations.
• Provide training for any new marketing member for labelling regulation.
• RSA support for New Product Development to RSA central team when needed.
• Maintain updating on specific Spanish Regulations about products compliance (petfood, vet diets, …).
• Support the Market Quality Manager to check, comment and approve promotional items.
• Support the Market Quality Manager in supply chain quality matters, such as pest prevention strategy, DC defects and customer/consumer complaints management.
• Market Quality Manager back-up in product related crisis and during absences.

What will make you successful
 

• University degree in a scientific field (food technology or veterinary preferably; chemistry or/and microbiology…)
• Fluent in English
• Proficient level/native in Spanish
• Knowledge of computers at user level
• Good communication and influencing skills
