Are you ready to take on a global role that will shape the future of our digital landscape? Join us as the Product Group Manager for Product Content, where you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and scale across Nestlé's digital ecosystems!
In this dynamic position, you will lead the development and evolution of IT product supporting the end2end flow of product data, through your team of product manager and their teams. As a leader of this IT product group, you will be part of the global leadership for the Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce IT stream—a team that transforms how Nestlé engages with consumers and customers every day.
Your expertise and thought leadership will make you a trusted partner for our global business teams, with the following key responsibilities:
Delivery of Relevant and Innovative IT Products:
• Directly shape and influence tech strategies that provide tangible results for the company, ensuring the frictionless flow of product content from creation to publication, measurement, and optimization for all Nestlé Categories, Zones, and Brands.
• Develop the product group's strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Manage the product lifecycle and ensure integration within the Nestlé ecosystem.
• Be the main contact to the broader IT organization to ensure financial, security/compliance, and other governance processes are followed.
Thought Leadership on product content and IT Product Evolution:
• Drive innovative digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the functional strategy and vendor capabilities, delivering tangible results for Nestlé's global markets.
• Act as a thought leader in the industry, staying abreast of the latest trends and developments in product content and digital shelf technologies.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
• Collaborate with the Functional Leader for Product Content in Global Sales, Global Design, IT governance and with regional leaders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior thought leaders across global markets, ensuring alignment and collaboration
• Act as a sponsor for software vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration, product roadmap evolution and delivery of solutions.
Developing a High-Performing Team:
• Build and develop a high-performing team, promoting an open culture and fostering thought leadership within the relevant domain.
• Support and coach product managers and teams to create a high-performing team capable of delivering value to zones, markets and other product groups.

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Information Technology, or related functions.
• Leadership: 5+ years of people leadership and/or development experience.
• Strategic Guidance: 3+ years of experience guiding the strategy of IT products with business stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience in project or portfolio management.
• Vendor Management: Experience working with third-party partners and vendors to deliver solutions.
