We are looking for a Product Expert B2B to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital & Tech Team.

 

Position Snapshot

 

  • Location: Nespresso Headquarters, Barcelona. Spain.
  • Type of Contract: Permanent.
  • Type of work: Hybrid.
  • Work Language: Fluent Business English.

 

The Role

 

As the Product Expert in Omnichannel B2B Products at Nespresso, you will be responsible for evaluating and defining business and functional requirements. You will collaborate with team members to translate these digital requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, ensuring high-quality products.

The Product Expert is also involved in validating the Digital Solutions delivered to ensure that the functional requirements are met.

As a Functional Expert, you will become the primary resource for knowledge related to this area and will be the owner and main contributor of the domain-specific product documentation.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Identify and evaluate business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and contribute actively to scoping assessments to assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality, document the relationships between the components of the application system (i.e., end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices), recommend options for improvement or opportunities for process automation, and review them with stakeholders.
  • Assume primary ownership in creating comprehensive requirement specifications that will outline the estimates of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions.
  • Collaborate with the service development team to suggest high-level functional solutions, making recommendations for improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Provide appropriate documentation for the product area, along with training and coaching for business users, development, testing, and support teams.
  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in the specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services, as well as in the organization, prioritization, and division of backlog into workable units that deliver business value.

 

What We are Looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role, including at least one successful implementation of a large-scale project in Business-to-Business Digital Touchpoints.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with experience in breaking down complex problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience working on digital projects, including e-commerce platforms, web development, app development, web analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities to foster productive business relationships, facilitate conversations and negotiations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

 

Extra Skills That Set ou Apart

 

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an omnichannel B2B industry.
  • Background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or the luxury sector.
  • Experience working on projects involving the following technologies: Commercetools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Genesys, and Chatbots.
