•    Location: Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona) – Relocation will be required for candidates based outside of Barcelona.
•    Type of Contract: Full time, permanent

The role 

 

As the IT Product Manager for D2D and Labelling, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of IT products used in the creative packaging and labeling process. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that products meet business requirements and compliance standards while driving product strategy and continuous improvement to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

•    Develop and execute product strategy and vision in alignment with corporate and business strategy
•    Engage with multi-functional stakeholders to refine product definitions and roadmaps
•    Oversee the deployment and implementation of new features, ensuring quality and compliance.
•    Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product enhancements.
•    Monitor product performance using key metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
•    Conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy and value delivery.
•    Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering an open culture and innovation.

Minimum qualifications: 

 

•    Bachelor degree
•    5+ years’ experience in IT, as business analyst, product manager or equivalent
•    10+ experience in packaging and labelling processes and understanding of creative, packaging and printing processes in CPG companies

 

Bonus Points If You have:

 

•    Previous working experience with ESKO WebCenter solution.
•    Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams
•    Knowledge of best practices in technology applications within the Industry.
