Position Summary

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the portfolio, linked to a category, competitiveness and market share by managing key products, services, scientific evidence, claims to reach targets in NNS, and profit.

A day in the life of...

• Understand the portfolio's market competitiveness and target HCP (health care professionals) and patients, translate the understanding into proprietary insights to develop quantified and measurable marketing plans             
• Propose and align with BM projects to create a clear product positioning and increase market share using traditional tools, but maximizing new digital opportunities with HCP/ Patients to lead the market.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers and the responsible stakeholders for projects implementation, dealing with other key departments: Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Excellence
• Manage product portfolio and ensure supply chain plans are in line with the brand plan and targets    
• Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen positioning, communication of products using new research findings and key opinion leaders
• Support Brand Managers in I&R link to portfolio development based on the competitors’ portfolio       
• Manage the brand's marketing, promotional, PFME’s budgets.

What will make you successful

• University degree on Health Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or other topic-related.
• 3-5 years’ overall experience within the pharma or scientific field is a must:
o Experience in managing a portfolio of nutrition/pharmaceutical brands desired                             
o Experience in dealing with HCP /scientific environment desired              
o Experience in digital projects to connect with HCP /caregivers/patients desired
o Experience in driving I&R in nutrition /pharmaceutical environment to drive portfolio competitiveness desired                          
o Experience in dealing with sales team to drive and implement plans desired
• Familiar with digital environment in HCP’s, including new tools to connect with HCP
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Self-starter and proactive
• Resilient with a can do attitude
• Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
• Ability to see opportunities and implement action plans
