Position Summary:
In order to complete our IT Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a Product Owner – Employee Listening.
In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS/IT & Business Consumers, Customers and Vendors. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advise on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that the product meets receiver needs, aligns with business objectives, and delivers value to the end users.
What you’ll do
- Support the Product Manager in defining and communicating the product vision, goals, and objectives to all the stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the business overall goals and demands.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the developers to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Support the Product Manager in creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and understood by the stakeholders.
- Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including receivers, leaders, and other teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with the vendors or development team to plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.
- Support Product Manager in product's success, being accountable for its overall performance, and help in decisions that drive its adoption and retention.
- Devise a communication strategy to ensure all the product updates, system downtime and performance degradation are effectively communicated to all the end users.
- Collaborate with other IS/IT Product Managers to support the overall growth and wider adoption of the product.
- Support Product Manager in maintaining all the product KPIs above targets including the security and compliance indicators by ensuring timely completion of IT cloud assessments, Business impact assessment, privacy impact assessment etc..

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience of Business Analysis / Product management supporting HR applications.
- Experience working with global survey tools, primarily in Employee Listening module and ideally with Qualtrics.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other global HRIS (Workday, SAP ECM,..).
- Experience in Product Management in a multi-cultural and global environment.
- Good understanding of analytics trends
- Knowledge of PowerBI or other frontend layout tools is good to have.
- Project management experience.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards
- Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
