We are looking for someone with Product Portfolio Management skills, effective communication, ability to manage senior stakeholders with proven experience in managing complex portfolios to join our team in IT Analytics Data and Integration in Barcelona Hub.

The role:
Reporting to the Product Stream Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting IT ADI leadership in managing and optimizing the life cycle of IT portfolios (investments, product groups, assets, suppliers, talent, projects, programs, and initiatives) to maximize value delivery.
This role offers a comprehensive view of the IT product management portfolio strategy, investment timelines, and data to achieve an optimized mix of IT investments. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for prioritizing resources and decisions across the IT program portfolio, assisting product managers and senior leaders in defining strategies, monitoring execution, and ensuring healthy portfolio management across various systems.
What you’ll do:
As IT ADI Product Portfolio Manager you will:
- Provide visibility and transparency of IT portfolio value and plans to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts among senior leadership and Product Managers for portfolio definition, structure, and investments.
- Develop and maintain communications and reporting on IT portfolio performance for stakeholders and governance boards.
- Conduct regular meetings with leadership teams to address performance issues and resource usage.
- Ensure adherence to governance functions related to the IT portfolio in line with enterprise guidelines and policies.
- Make strategic recommendations for the IT portfolio linked to objectives and external dynamics.
- Oversee coordination of dependencies within sub-portfolios and resolves conflicts as needed.
- Maintain an updated portfolio structure and directs the creation of portfolio management capabilities.

What will make you a great fit?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
- 7+ proven experience in portfolio management roles, ideally within IT projects.
- Strong effective communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic prioritization and complex governance initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience of leading through performance indicators the portfolio health.
Bonus Points If You:
- Substantial consulting leadership experience would be a plus.
- Service Now APM and PPM experience.
- Industry recognized certifications (i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, etc)
