We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital Tech Supply Chain Team.

The role
With a dedicated focus on Nespresso, you’ll be at the heart of the Supply Chain team, supporting key Direct-to-Consumer processes and helping to maintain, improve, and evolve the tech platforms that power the business.
As an IT Supply Chain Project Manager, you will lead the sustainment, development, or deployment of IT projects and applications across the supply chain. Your goal: deliver value to business partners on time, on budget, and within scope and quality standards. You’ll follow established project management practices, working closely with global and local stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully close projects.
You’ll also collaborate with the Digital Supply Chain Tech Lead to prioritize the backlog and support the ongoing operation and sustainment of the supply chain tech portfolio.
Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills will be key to your success in this role.
In This Role, You Will:

Collaborate internally: Provide expertise and guidance to the Digital Tech Supply Chain team, ensuring project management best practices, governance, and sustainability are consistently applied across all projects.

Create structured projects: Implement agile project methodologies, define project scope, execution plan, and budget, ensuring alignment with IT objectives and strategic plans.

Manage resource allocation: Work with IT Resource Managers and Product Managers to ensure the right people with the necessary skills are available for project tasks.

Engage with stakeholders: Ensure commitment and alignment from project sponsors and stakeholders by maintaining clear communication and holding effective steering committee meetings for decision-making.

Monitor project progress: Oversee day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to the project plan, scope, budget, and managing scope changes as needed.

Prioritize and track tasks: Define clear priorities and responsibilities for team members, track progress, and ensure dependencies are addressed to meet deadlines or adjust plans accordingly.

Continuous learning: Stay updated with the latest IT methodologies and Nespresso PMO processes, ensuring changes in IT strategy and processes are applied.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
-
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in IT and business/industry, with 3-5 years in progressive leadership responsibilities.
-
Experience working in Supply Chain projects.
-
Experience working in Agile project management.
-
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.
-
Experience with stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.
-
Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
Bonus Points If You:

Experience working on Supply Chain initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP system, POS system and e-Commerce.

Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
