The role
We are a team of Data and Analytical professionals from many countries and diverse backgrounds, each with unique missions and challenges in the biggest health, nutrition and wellness company of the world. We are currently looking for a Regional Solution Architect in Europe.
The role is part of the European regional team helping the Nestle markets architecting regional or local solution in line with the group strategy, maximizing re-using the existing assets and allowing further scalability. Will also help deploying solutions across the region and cooperate withing the community of architects.
What you’ll do
We are helping Nestle taking better decision leveraging Data and Analytics. Looking for a colleague who:
- Is passionate to drive the business value through data and analytics.
- Is good to bring the people on the common board building aligned consistent scalable architecture containing multitude of products combining diverse technologies.
- Enjoys working in multi-cultural team distributed around geography, cultures, and experiences.
- Comes with own ideas and innovating the approaches achieving the goals.
- As part of the broader architecture team contributes evolving the group architecture.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with technologies like SQL Server, Azure, Snowflake, SAP BW…
- Experience working in Data and Analytics space.
- Strong communication skills – specifically active listening and adjusting the communication to receiver need. You communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical professionals in English and remotely.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Experience in stakeholder management as well as in conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Business/Industry.
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual team.
Bonus Points if you:
- Experience with GCP.
- Experience using dbt for Data Modelling.
- Experience with Cloud native warehouse technology (BigQuery, Databricks, etc..).
