We are looking for a SAP Testing Senior Project Manager to be part of our IT Platforms Department.

The role

In this position, you will bring deep expertise and knowledge to the SAP Landscape platform group team. As an SAP Testing Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and promoting the proper testing framework & tools amongst the regional testing leads, coaching and supporting functional experts in the testing of the S/4HANA program and other technical projects.

You will work closely with the SAP Landscape team and suppliers to ensure that the manual regression testing milestones are achieved in time and with the quality standards agreed. Also, you will be responsible for supervising the testing framework and tools as well as the implementation within the scope agreed, owning the overall testing strategy and governance.
 

What you’ll do
•    Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of testing services through use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.
•    Drive S/4 HANA technical projects, leading the testing teams.
•    Participate in the development of and/or review of S/4 HANA testing strategy, documentation, and methods. 
•    Liaise closely with vendors for proof of concepts of new tools available in the market related to manual and automated testing.
•    Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Platform managers, Product Stream Operations Managers and Business Analysts as required to ensure S/4 HANA testing can be covered.

Minimum qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
•    Strong stakeholder management
•    10+ years in IT field, focusing on S/4 HANA projects, including experience in SAP testing, and managing testing tools such as Solution Manager and Azure DevOps.
•    Good understanding of test automation platforms.
•    Strong background in SAP project management
•    Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, specifically automated quality assurance processes

•    Have excellent analytical and technical skills.
•    Have experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
•    Have experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
