POSITION SUMMARY
Design, develop, deploy and sustain reporting & analytical solutions which shape decision-making, drive efficiency and effectiveness for our sales team (Pharmacy, Medical and KAMs).
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Sales Analyst and Support
- Daily sales reporting and monthly sales forecasting assistance (SR & Landings).
- Perform pre and post evaluation and maintain learning log of all pharmacy activities (FSF and KAMs).
- Ensure compliance of specific key audit processes: free product (inventory), rappel, loyalty cards, returns, visibility. And manage rappel/visibility/return payments
- Support CSD & KAM team in all Commercial review process (data preparation)
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and monitor the process of creating new indirect and direct customers, as well as other Customer Life Cycle changes.
- General Support in daily operations (Buzón Peticiones CRM)
- Field Sales Force Efficiency
- Field Sales Force (FSF) incentive scheme tracking (medical and pharmacy)
- Provide training and regular support to all sales team to ensure the correct use of all solutions available (CRM, dashboarding, etc)
- Track of all FSF operations and cycle plan activities, share key learnings and recommendations (medical and pharmacy)
- Assist Regional Sales Managers in the creation of new route structures and FTE computations.
- Systems Support
- VEEVA (Master Data Manager): Support, sustain and exploit Medical Detailing CRM solution and Digital contacts(Veeva): system administrator, maintenance, analysis and upgrade. MDM (master data manager) role, attend to zone monthly meetings and be updated to last changes
- VISICOM support: Support, sustain and exploit Pharmacy CRM solution.
- Power BI.
- B2B: Support, sustain and exploit B2B (Nestle Expert): system administrator, maintenance, analysis and upgrade.
- Maintain the BSN system to track and ensure compliance with all Medical Detailing budgets.
- Supervise the return system for direct Pharmacy clients (QADUX).
- (SPOC) internally and at the zone level for all CRM/dashboard-related queries and new FSF Effectiveness technical projects, including weekly follow-ups with data engineers.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Educational background in Business Administration or similar.
- Minimum of 3 of experience as a Sales Analyst.
- Strong business acumen with proven analytical skills.
- Experiencing in using/developing in MS Power BI and similar reporting & visualization solutions.
- Experience of working with SAP.
- Advance user of MS Office, particularly in Excel, databases and SQL.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in pharma industry will be highly valued.
