We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead to be part of our IT Platforms Department.

The role
In this position, you will bring deep expertise and knowledge to the SAP Landscape platform group team. As an SAP Global Testing strategy lead , you will own the testing tools architecture & the processes around them, in the manual & automated SAP testing area. You will work closely with the SAP landscape team and suppliers to define the future landscape of the testing tools and work with the multifunctional team through successful implementation.
What you’ll do
- Oversees and facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of technology and product standards, in the SAP testing area
- Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and approaches to renovate, extend, and transform the existing core technology base
- Liaise closely with vendors & internal Nestle IT experts and lead proof of concepts of new tools available in the market related to manual and automated testing
- Drive SAP technical projects, leading the testing teams
- Participate in the development of and review of SAP testing strategy, documentation, and methods
- Be responsible for key system design and integration decisions around testing tools, processes and practices
- Be accountable for ensuring target architectures meet current and identified future security, compliance and privacy requirements
- Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Platform managers, Product Stream Operations Managers and Business Analysts as required to ensure the SAP testing strategy meets the business requirements
- Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of testing services through use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- 10+ years in IT field, including experience in SAP testing, and managing testing tools such as Solution Manager and Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of test automation platforms.
- Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, specifically automated quality assurance processes
- Proven ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IT consumer adoption
- Experience in working with IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions
Bonus points if you:
- Have excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Have experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
- Have experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
