The role
Our Global IT (Information Technology) Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is on a mission to enable information technology-powered innovation and alignment of the IT landscape with business strategies. We anticipate future needs, operate with focus, speed, and impact, delivering future-ready IT capabilities and a competitive advantage. Through different mindsets, frameworks, and technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence), Spatial Computing, Blockchain, Distributed Data lakes, and Quantum Computing, we tackle challenges with significant organizational impact. Our Enterprise Architecture initiatives ensure alignment, foster innovation, optimize efficiency, enhance agility, enable scalability, ensure security and compliance, and drive standardization and integration. We play a pivotal role in leveraging technology effectively and driving innovation for a competitive edge.
In this role, you will combine technical expertise and process redesign/rethinking, optimization and automation skills to drive continuous improvement practices within the Enterprise Architecture and Tech Innovation domain.
You will use your wide technical background and experience developing tech solutions to take a hands-on approach to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate between cross-functional teams, including solution and portfolio architects, technical experts and Security & Compliance teams and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity in our processes and frameworks.
Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Enterprise Architecture and Tech Innovation framework domain.
What you’ll do
- Process redesign/rethinking, optimization and automation: Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, to gather insights, understand their needs, and align process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Technical Solution Design: Working closely with technical experts and architects to design and propose technical solutions that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and align with security and compliance requirements.
- Change Management: Leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and integration of process improvements, including communication, training, and support for stakeholders.
- Project Management: Managing projects related to process improvement, including defining project scope, setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, measuring performance metrics, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the impact of changes.
- Hands-on Technical guidance and implementation: Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders, addressing technical challenges, and facilitating problem-solving.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeking opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation, staying updated with industry best practices, and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Documentation and Reporting: Documenting process changes, maintaining documentation repositories, and preparing reports and presentations to communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology development, tech process analysis and optimization.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background and expertise in areas such as enterprise architecture, IT frameworks, solution architecture, and process automation.
- Solution Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of solution architecture principles and the ability to align solution architecture with security and compliance requirements.
- DevSecOps Practices experience: Experience in DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate change options, assess their impact and feasibility, and prioritize potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
- Process Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing enhancements to optimize efficiency and value
- Proven track record of structured problem-solving experience, based on data analysis
- Experience of designing or implementing a continuous improvement and ideally transformation in a complex organization
- Experience in effective stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience of continuous improvement or transformations programs
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
