Position Summary

In order to complete our Security and Compliance Department, we are currently looking for a Senior Technology Specialist - Identity and Access Management.
 

In this position, you will bring deep expertise and knowledge to work on Identity Management including Identity as a Service, Password Management and Segregation of Duties focusing on Cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS, SCP) and hybrid applications. You will guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise. Working at the leading edge of IS/IT for the product or platform, as Technology Senior Specialist you will perform preliminary studies, helping to set the technological direction with the product or platform manager. You will support delivery and sustain of the most complex applications and business capabilities and may be accountable for specific deliverables in relation to development or support or may lead the technical activity within their area of specialty.

A day in the life of...


 

  • Provide deep specialist guidance and support on Identity Management, Identity as a Service, Password Management, Segregation of Duties and Privileged Access Management.
  • Support the integration and development lifecycle of solutions with various technologies.
  • Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in complex innovation initiatives, accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and delivery of services through use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.
  • Provides the product team with technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision
  • Participate in the development of and/or review of standards, security and compliance index measures, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Provide guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams. 
  • Collaborate with IS/IT Product managers, Tech Leads, Architects and Business Analysts as required to ensure that any solution fits with strategic and technical direction.
  • Assist others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors, for example where third-party work or packages involve significant functional, technical, process, data or integration decisions.

What will make you successful


 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations.
  • Experience on resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
  • Certification in corresponding technical fields preferred.
  • Excellence in the technology domain of specialism.
  • Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping and DevOps, project management principles).
  • Understanding and knowledge of IS/IT standards and controls.
  • Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience with effective verbal and written communication in English with different organizational units as well as presentation skills.
  • Experience working in an IT global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
