Position Summary

In order to complete our IT Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a Strategic Product Portfolio – Solution Architect. 

In this position, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the Nestlé HR Services that fit within the overall Enterprise Architecture and meet the IT HR product group strategy. As a Solution Architect, you will provide the necessary leadership, experience, analysis and design tasks related to the development of the products of the different Product Groups in IT HR. You will work closely with IT HR Product Managers and Architects, DevOps / development teams, technical experts and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way according to the product strategy and the overall value for money objectives linked to business strategy. You will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope, collaborating with the different Nestlé IT teams and architects and owning the solution architecture specification

A day in the life of...

  • Manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of products / platforms, working closely with the other Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Technology Specialists that manage and design architecture for a single product or product group 
  • Deliver the architectural design for products or product groups and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience in order to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution 
  • Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations  
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements  
  • Define the guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision  
  • Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance 
  • Engage with Tech Leads, Business Analysts, Product Managers and Solution Architects within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture 

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or operations 
  • Experience as Solution Architect, landscape management and related flows between the systems, including subsequent data flows out of HR IT landscape in the following SAP solutions: 
    • SAP ERP HCM 
    • SAP Cloud Platform 
    • SAP Cloud Platform apps development 
    • SAP Cloud Integration 
    • SAP Integration add-on for SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 
    • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite (platform, cross-functional and integration modules) 
    • SAP Identity Management 
    • SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication 
    • SAP Fiori 
    • SAP S/4 HANA 
  • Experience as Solution Architect in other solutions as: 
    • SAP Portal and Enterprise Content Portal 
    • SAP BW/BO 
    • SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Planning 
    • SAP Fieldglass 
    • Microsoft Azure Platform 
    • Microsoft Azure Platform apps development 
    • Microsoft PowerBI Platform 
  • Knowledgeable in the architecture and functionalities of solutions as: 
    • SAP Conversational AI 
    • SAP Qualtrics 
    • SAP Human Capital Management for SAP 4/HANA 
    • Cornerstone OnDemand 
    • ServiceNow 
  • Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt 
  • Project Management skills 
  • Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies 
  • Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models 
  • Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems 
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments 
  • Excellent understanding of application development methodologies & infrastructure and network architecture
